Payment 

Payment will be deducted from your account at the point of sale.  All prices quoted on our website are quoted in UK sterling, and where appropriate are inclusive of UK tax (VAT).

Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.

Returns

We will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie and accessories if you are not perfectly happy within 10 days of receipt, provided the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition, any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken and that the item is in re-saleable condition (as above with all labels and swing tags intact).

For hygiene reasons we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on erotic apparel, including nipple covers and erotic boudoir toys unless the product is faulty and within the warranty of 30 days of purchase.

Please note that any items purchased via our website must be returned to the address below, and cannot be returned to any of our stockists or concessions.

When making a return or exchange please follow the steps below:

1. Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods). Please also include a daytime contact number.

2. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us by any other method.
